Any client that is more than eight minutes late will be rescheduled at our discretion and will be charged the full service amount.

If a client Cancels/Reschedules an appointment within 24 hours before their appointment the client will be charged the full service amount.

If a client misses more than one appointment without prior notice the client will be charged the full price of the service booked. Multiple missed appointments will result in the client being barred from the system. Any client that inputs an expired visa or credit card will also be banned from ever booking an appointment until the full payment is made.
